The drums are great, the riff is great, the solos are great, this song overall has a great rhythm throughout the entire song that never stops I've listened to this song before and I thought that it was pretty good, but listening to it again, and listening to the non-remastered version I can say that this song is way better then I gave it credit. This song is the one that launched Megadeth into the mainstream, and for good reason it's a good song, good main riff, the chorus is enchanting, the solo is fast but still melodic, that being said, it's still only a good song, not a great song. This song, and album is much slower compared to Rust In Peace and Peace Sells, but I don't that that it's a bad thing, this song has a great riff and great drums, The lyrics are also great, although simple And another worthwhile tip would be to start getting daily news from more media outlets than just Alex Jones.Marty Friedman – guitars, backing vocals, acoustic guitar If jebus is your preferable choice of drugs then so be it. It really is a huge mind fuck that some of the smartest people around us are so frequently also some of the most retarded ones simultaneously. Hugely talented person and probably one of the fastest thinking guys in rock music history. This guy could operate with ease in any music field if he wanted to. Have a huge respect for the man when it comes to musicianship, though. Not much of a live band - at least from what I've personally experienced. To me the man was never as intellectually sober and honest as when he wrote CTE. Just what happened to Dave after CTE, is anyone's guess. Thinking and speaking one's mind freely is like playing with fire: it doesn't "only" cost friendships and careers, it costs lives too. Makes me wonder if they can think at all.Įvery thinking (wo)man is bound to err once in a while. I've never much cared for people who never say anything about anything that matters. Masses don't appreciate folks who speak their mind. Often his words are as venomous as they are true. I feel there's no great art without bitterness, and few artists have been as bitter as Mustaine. ![]() If Puppets was a Political Science 101 course, then after Countdown you've got all the credits in for a Master's Degree in Social Sciences.
